Roughing Electrical mechanics is done After HVAC and Plumbing, Electrical Lines are Ran. This includes running conduit runs from your boxes to the service panel and mounted junction boxes.  Pulling wiring, setting up the electrical panel, grounding, and overhead service wire is done after rough inspections. Hydraulic benders are for rigid conduit with force provided by manual or electric hydraulic pumps.

Electric benders, available in various sizes and models, are for high-production bending. This wiring is not connected to any devices, outlets, or switches during the rough-in. Rough Mechanicals.” This stage comes after the framing stage and before the insulation stage. Before a home can move into the rough mechanical stage it must be fully framed rough-in means that all electrical cables have been pulled through studs and other framing members and are inserted into wall and ceiling boxes. Light switches, outlets, lights, and other devices are not attached. Inspection of that aspect of the work occurs during the final inspection.
