VILLAGE TOWNSHIP OR CITY INSPECTIONS

Am-cats provides a Team Lead and/or a GC to meet with township/village/city officials on the scheduled day at a cost of $375 per inspection schedule to the property. (Township /Village /City-Officials provide a 4-hour window for each inspection)

Every 5 years your building structures are required to be inspected by a licensed design professional. Some owners do not realize there is such a requirement until they receive a violation notice from the City of Chicago. Forms are presented online with some townships and villages, and the city of Chicago as a very friendly web environment inspection portal that is easy to navigate through.
