Am-Cat’s Team Plumbing licensed vendors will install all connections with fixtures on all open Water / Waste systems, which will cost $250 per connection and fixture, and any opening acquiring a fixture.  Each project can consist of $3000-$10000 pending on the number of fixtures connections and or waste openings. $450 per Tank.

You must have plumbing, electrical, heating ventilating, and carpentry skills, know state and local building codes, obtain a permit for the work, and arrange with your municipality for an inspection of the work. Am-cat can perform the work of installing the gas, water, electric, and ventilation for the gas water heaters. Our labor rates range from $250-$450 per hour. If the job includes major electrical work, such as adding a new circuit or converting from gas to electric, you’ll also need to hire an electrician at $250 to $450 per hour. Water tanks cost $450 per rough-out tank system which includes (connecting all plumbing components, electrical components, heating ventilating components, and carpentry skills of placement) All material used is charged separately on the material invoice used for the project.
